Feedback survey

SwarmSurveynoun  ·  the survey that actually talks back

A SwarmSurvey is a conversational survey: you put an idea up, and instead of filling a fixed form, each respondent has a real conversation with an AI orchestrator that adapts, probes for the why, and lets them ask questions back. It synthesizes every conversation into one Readout.

Put an idea up and let people react to it in a real conversation, not a form. The orchestrator interviews each respondent and probes for the why.

First one on us. No card required.

What is inside one

Four things a form can’t give you.

  1. 01

    A real conversation, per respondent

Not a static question list. The orchestrator asks, listens, and follows up on what each person actually says — so you learn the reasoning, not just the rating.

  2. 02

    Respondents can push back

They can ask the orchestrator to clarify the idea or a question before answering, the way they would with a real interviewer. Fewer misunderstood answers.

  3. 03

    One shareable link, no accounts

Send one link to anyone — colleagues, customers, your whole list. They open it and talk. Nothing to install, no sign-up.

  4. 04

    A synthesized Readout

When you close it, every conversation is merged into one report: what respondents agreed on, where they split, and your own questions answered — with faithful quotes, not invented consensus.

How it works

An idea goes up. People talk. One Readout comes out.

  1. 01

You describe the idea and what you want to learn. SwarmStack gives you one shareable link.

  2. 02

Everyone you send it to has their own adaptive conversation — the orchestrator probes for the reasoning and answers their questions as they go.

  3. 03

You close it when you have enough, and the orchestrator synthesizes every conversation into one Readout: agreement, dissent, and your questions answered.

What it is not

A form, or a conversation at scale.

  • Not a form

A fixed list of questions that can't follow up, so you get shallow answers to the questions you already knew to ask.

  • Not a poll

Not a bar chart of ratings with no reasoning behind them — you can't tell why anyone answered the way they did.

  • Not a pile of transcripts

Not fifty raw conversations you now have to read and theme by hand. The Readout does the synthesis.

  • A SwarmSurvey

A real interview with everyone who responds, synthesized into one honest Readout.

Questions

SwarmSurvey, answered.

What is a SwarmSurvey?
A SwarmSurvey is a conversational survey. You put an idea up and share one link; each respondent has an adaptive conversation with an AI orchestrator that probes for the why and lets them ask questions back. Every conversation is synthesized into one Readout.
How is it different from a Google Form or SurveyMonkey?
A form asks the same fixed questions to everyone and can't follow up. A SwarmSurvey interviews each respondent adaptively — it digs into an interesting answer, clarifies when they're confused, and draws out the reasoning a form never captures. Then it synthesizes all of it for you.
Do respondents need an account?
No. You share one link; anyone who opens it enters a name and starts talking. No sign-up, no install.
What do I get at the end?
A Readout: one synthesized report across every response — the themes people agreed on, where they disagreed, your specific questions answered, and notable verbatim points. You can also read each individual conversation.
What can I get feedback on?
Anything you can describe: a product idea, a design, a piece of writing, a proposal, a name, a strategy. If people can react to it, you can put it up for a SwarmSurvey.
How is a SwarmSurvey different from a SwarmPlan?
A SwarmPlan argues one brief into a plan with a fixed room of specialists. A SwarmSurvey fans an idea out to an open audience and synthesizes their independent feedback. Both are Products of the same platform — one subscription, one account.

The platform
